NZCAT Awards - Applications

The New Zealand Companion Animal Trust (NZCAT) is dedicated to supporting projects beneficial to the community, those that provide care and protection to companion animals and projects focused on education within the field of companion animal welfare and urban animal management.

The NZCAT is also dedicated to funding high quality science that aims to advance companion animal welfare science and promotes education in companion animal welfare.

Small Community Award

Awards of up to $3000 for projects beneficial to the community, those that provide care and protection to companion animals and projects focused on education within the field of companion animal welfare and urban animal management.

Research Study Award

Awards of up to $10,000 per annum for research projects that are relevant to the field of companion animal welfare and urban animal management.

Student Summer Scholarship Award

Awards of up to $1,600. The Student Summer Scholarship Award aims to encourage students to develop their interest in companion animal welfare.
